What types of photography do you do?

I specialize in couples, family, lifestyle, engagements and wedding photography. However, this does not exclude me from other types of photography. Have an idea? Feel free to reach out, I’m happy to help!

When should I book my session?

As soon as possible. This goes for all photographers. I book 3-6 months in advance. If you are looking to book for a wedding, ideally you want to book a year in advance to secure your date. Don’t be afraid to reach out and check on available dates, I try to be flexible when I can.

Why should I hire you?

I live for real + authentic moments and I do my best to capture those for you. Whether it’s a laugh, the way someone’s hair moves in the wind, a child’s mischievous look, or they way a couple holds hands. It’s the little details in life we take for granted on a daily basis that I don’t overlook. If you want a stress free, interactive, fun, and authentic session, I’m your gal!

Is a deposit required and is it refundable?

Yes, a 30% deposit is needed to book your session. This ensures you security and peace of mind that your selected time and date is reserved. It also holds both parties accountable. Deposits are non-refundable unless there are extenuating circumstances which are taken on a case by case basis.

What should we wear?

Wear what makes you feel good! It also depends on they style of photography you are wanting. I always recommend sticking to light, solid, and complimentary colors. Don’t be afraid and reach out if you need additional help with outfits, color palette ideas, or to consult about the style you are going for. I can also help with what to purchase or avoid. Pinterest is always a great resource. I am currently working on a board specifically for my clients-coming soon!

How long will it take to receive my photos?

My turn around time is 4 weeks. Weddings take 2-3 months depending on the season.

Do I get the copyright to my photos?

As the creator, under U.S copyright law, I am the copyright owner of the images. However, you have the right to print and share at your leisure. My images do not come with a watermark which allows you to print at your lab of choice.

Do you deliver RAW files?

I shoot and edit in RAW for every session. However, I deliver edited, high resolution, JPEG files and do not include the RAW images. My RAW images are not for sale.

How do you handle cancellations?

In the event of a cancellation, please contact me to discuss. Cancellations are on a case by case basis please see deposit refund question above. If weather is an issue on your scheduled date we will simply reschedule.

Are you insured?

Yes, I am fully insured with both equipment and liability insurance.

Do you negotiate pricing?

I strive to work with all budget types, if my pricing is the only barrier between you and my incredible photography, send me an email and we can try and work out a fair payment structure that works for you and I. I require a 30% deposit to book a session but all final payments are due the date of the session-which again we can work around. Everyone deserves great and high quality photos!
